What is Strengths Explorer?
It is Gallup's strengths-based learning assessment designed to help Youth ages 10-14 identify and capitalize on their natural strengths.

There are 10 possible talents and it identify each student's three strongest emerging talents.
It was a great experience. Really nice to see what I am like on paper. And it is true.
I was glad my parents could see my strengths and now they understand me better.

STRENGTHS EXPLORER COACHING

What to expect
Each youth will be registered online and need to complete a questionnaire.

The coaching session contains the following; 
  • explain the participant’s Strengths in depth,
  • how their specific combination functions,
  • how the Strengths influence one another,
  • how to develop them with specific action items,
  • how to use them wisely,

Includes complete individual report in PDF .
