Lina du Plessis 

 Lina started her teaching career in 1974 at secondary school level. She held several senior management positions in education, as well as in the social and private sectors. She is involved in the equipment of community organisations since 1996 and currently assists funders to evaluate and select organisations in the social sector for socio-economic development (SED) funding and equips community organisations to become donor-friendly and to evaluate their impact (results).

She has extensive experience in education; adult training; the conceptualisation, planning, and management of community development projects; programme and workshop content development; facilitation; monitoring and evaluation; and the registration of legal entities (non-profit organisations).
